Most of them are between 30 and 40 m/min, and the economic speed of equipment is far away. To this end, the company is seriously troubled by the fact that it is not the same as the equipment manufacturer's wrangling or self-improvement. As a result, the pressed gourd floats, and it is very difficult to achieve an unrecognisable line of work. What are the cruxes that affect the operating speed of corrugated cardboard lines?
The author discusses what he knows and discusses with his colleagues:
First, the equipment is inherently inadequate. Due to lack of understanding of its performance structure when purchasing equipment, or focusing on low-priced equipment, it has purchased equipment that is not mature and defective. The main performance is:
1. Corrugated machine thermal energy utilization is low or simply can not meet the 180 °C production required temperature (heating supporting defects, high heat loss, external suction vacuum adsorption device design is unreasonable, take a certain amount of heat, heating and recharge insufficient.)
2. Corrugated roller: Φ280mm or less. Although some equipment specifications indicate an economic speed of 60-80 m/min, actual production cannot be achieved at all. Some merchants corrugated rollers below Φ320mm also indicate that the economic speed of high-speed machines can reach 100 to 180m/min, and its essence is deceptive propaganda.
3. Preheater cylinder diameter is less than 600mm, and there is no adjustment paper preheating angle device, which can not fully preheat the paper.
4. The hot plate of the dryer is too short (less than 9m), the paperboard after the double-sided machine is not fully dried, the adhesive glue is poor, and the speed is slightly faster, which results in a large amount of cardboard degumming.
5. The cooling part is short and the ballast roller is rare (the spacing is more than 200mm), which is unfavorable for the distribution, finalization and full adhesion of the paperboard moisture.
Second, the quality of the base paper does not meet the production requirements One-sided pursuit of low-cost, but for the purchase of cheap pull, moisture, no toughness, more than dust does not meet the quality requirements of the base paper. These basic papers, which cannot even be mentioned in the minimum national standards, can be applied to production. What kind of consequences can one expect to know? How dare you talk about speeding up?
Third, the poor quality of glue and the inappropriate amount of glue failed to flexibly formulate the glue according to the water permeability of the paper, the ambient temperature and humidity, or use a glue solution that is degraded and thin and has a lot of foam, or it may worry about the poor adhesion of the paperboard and intentionally increase the coating. The amount of glue, but also ignored the speed of single-sided corrugated board full preheating and dryer temperature and other factors, resulting in single-sided cardboard corrugated water too soft, in order to ensure that the paperboard adhesive and stiffness dryer had to Slow down.
Fourth, technical personnel with weak technical strength and lack of team awareness are seriously lacking. Operators in key processes are not skilled enough in the ability to control the equipment, and the necessary training and learning of employees has not attracted the attention of the company. Even if the technical staff of each key process is not bad, but lack of good teamwork and mutual cooperation spirit will also affect the speed of the cardboard line.
To solve the above problems, the key must be based on the company's own conditions and adjust to the conditions of the factory and adapt to others. If the company is unable to upgrade the equipment in the near future, consider the equipment transformation. But first of all, it is necessary to determine the location of equipment defects in order to prescribe the right medicine, and avoid blindness. In the selection of corrugated materials as soon as possible out of the "have lost sesame seeds lost watermelon" misunderstanding. According to the packing expert's opinion, the quality standard of the base paper used for the corrugated cardboard line running at a speed of 60 m/min or more is not lower than that of the B grade. As for the pros and cons of glue, it is particularly important for the running speed of the paperboard line. I once stated in detail in the article “The quality of glue is the key to the quality of the carton” published in “China Packaging News”. It is no longer to say that the viscosity is only from the glue. , Starch and water ratio to talk about personal views: high-speed operation of the cardboard line (100m/min above) the viscosity of 40 ~ 45S (coating 4 standard measurements), starch and water ratio of 1:6 to 1:7 is appropriate. In order to achieve the desired speed, we must also flexibly prepare the glue solution based on comprehensive analysis of paper environment temperature and humidity.
